Ricky and the guys at RADA are the best.  I came in convinced my trans was failing, turns out it was just a weak coil on one cylinder.  Diagnosed correctly, repaired correctly and now the car drives great again.  I can't recommend these guys enough.

Ricky and the team, These guys are great! Ricky has helped me with so many things here and there. I call him so much that I think he needs to start charging per phone call. He is a well of information. I had purchased my 2019 RS3 used with 1 owner and as soon as I did it had a rocker issue. I pretty much had Ricky hold my hand throughout the whole tear down and rebuild of my engine and the purchase of all the supporting mods and tunning of the vehicle. I had them do some of the work and I did some of the work myself. They also supplied me with all the built engine parts I needed to upgrade my motor. Ricky does not pressure you into buying or doing anything you dont want. He will give you the facts and let you choose how you want to handle it. I cant praise this guy enough. He even helped me get hard to find parts when I was in a pinch! I have been working/tuning my car now for over a year with the help of RADA and still to this day I call Ricky when I am stuck and need help with something and he does not hesitate. These guys helped me fix an issue with my RS3's rear haldex differential not working. They talked me through a fix and mailed me a part since I am very far from them. They are great, great humans. I highly recommend them!

Ricky literally saved the day for my RS3 build. Another company had been giving me the run around on a flex fuel harness for weeks leading up to my dyno tuning day, and when I reached out to Rada for help they were literally flawless. I made it to my appointment on time, the harness gave us zero problems, and I won't buy parts from anyone else going forward. Top notch can't say enough good things about them.
