Rada Race Lab 1500 HP Fuel System – Audi RS3 / TT RS DAZA / DNWA

After over a year of development and testing, we are pleased to release our fuel system components for the RS3/TT RS. As with any other part we design, this part comes out of necessity. We needed to solve a problem.

Sick of dealing with multi-pump messes? Sick of dealing with drilled tophats and cut up baskets? Sick of dealing with major fuel cut issues? Shoddy wiring? Extra relays? Sick of having to keep your tank completely full to enjoy your car? Don’t want to over-complicate with bulky/unsafe surge tank setups? Yeah. We get it.

We tried to rely on other fuel systems in our builds, but there was not a single system that could properly handle these cars when modified. This lead to a less than enjoyable experience for our customers. This had to change.

We designed this system from the ground up with the serious high horsepower drag racer and enthusiast in mind. The only OEM piece left is the fuel pump “basket” itself. Working with high horsepower builds as well as an in-house “test rig” (built from an OEM fuel tank), we were able to recreate and test systems from OEM to aftermarket. We were able to see where the OEM system shines, the oversights, where others have failed and we took everything from that and designed something of our own that “just , plain, works”.

• Injector Dynamics billet 5 micron high flow external filter (servicable) with mount
• Billet Iroz fuel rail(5 and 10 injector versions available)
• 8an PTFE lined smooth bore feed hoses
• 6an PTFE lined smooth bore return hoses
• Flex fuel sensor and PTFE smooth bore split fuel line
• Rada customized billet Radium “direct mount” adjustable fuel pressure regulator
• Injector Dynamics BPC100 fuel pump controller. Capable of 1100lph.
• Ti Auto low profile (right angle) brushless fuel pump
• Rada full wiring kit: control wiring, power wiring, circuit breaker, etc.
